Miami is famous for so many things. Scenester hotel pools. Amazing spas that rival the very best on the planet. And, of course, food. Miami is known for breeding one of the nation's most exciting cuisine scenes.
Every time I am here, I spend about as much time in the restaurants as on the beach! So I'm always excited to hear about the latest Miami restaurant openings. Now, I didn't shoot the photos in this installation of Picture Tuesday. But these shots of The Cape Cod Room give you an peek at what to expect at this exclusive Miami restaurant that just opened its doors to the public. The Cape Cod Room used to cater solely to residents and private members of The Bath Club, a private beach club on Collins Avenue. But now the rest of us can get in on the "East Coast Americana comfort food" on tap at this New England-themed restaurant. Think miniature lobster rolls, Wellfleet oysters, clams on the halfshell, deepfried Ipswich clams, fresh codfish stew and grilled Atlantic swordfish. Yum!
