Why not spring mom from her daily routine this Mother's Day with an overnight getaway in Jupiter? The Jupiter Beach Resort & Spa just announced a very recession-friendly rate for Mother's Day weekend - rooms with partial ocean views start from just $99 per night (good for stays May 8-10)!
Picture the two of you traipsing down to the hotel's lovely stretch of sand (VISIT FLORIDA has some great shots of the resort here) while a doting beach attendant sets up your beach chairs and umbrella, included in the room rate.
The resort is planning a Mother's Day Brunch for Sunday ($39.95 per person), too.
