75th Pensacola Interstate Fair
October 26, 2009
It’s the largest event held on the Emerald Coast and it’s going on now! Don’t miss the 75th Pensacola Interstate Fair through Nov. 1, 2009!

In addition to thrilling rides including my favorites like the Super Himalaya and the Zipper, there will be loads of food vendors selling everything from corn on the cob to elephant ears and pizza to gyros! So come hungry! And to get a good deal on the rides, purchase a Family Pack that includes admission and ride bracelets to ride all the rides. Individual ride tickets can also be purchased.

And there’s entertainment, too! Check out Lady Antebellum this Friday at 8 p.m. on the Main Stage or see Joe Nichols on Saturday evening! All entertainment is FREE with your admission. In addition to these big-name country performers, there is entertainment happening day and night:
  • Ag-Venture (Hands-On Agricultural Activities)
  • Petting Zoo
  • Amazing Rainforest Experience
  • Welde's Big Bears & Grizzly Falls
  • Nerveless Nocks Stunt & Thrill Show
And be sure to wear comfortable shoes so you can walk through the exhibit buildings and see all the great entries. The fair gives away more than $40,000 in scholarship money – come see the winners.

Admission to the Fair is $10 for everyone 12 years and older, $5 for ages 4 - 11, and free to children 3 and under.

Have a great time at the Interstate Fair in Pensacola!
