| Fourth of July over Miami: Red, The Steakhouse |

What: Fourth of July fireworks sparkling out over the skies of Miami
When: Fourth of July, of course. Barbecue starts at 6 p.m. (Bar opens at 5 p.m.)
Where: Red’s private rooftop terrace with its unfettered view of the Miami skies
Frankly, I cannot imagine a better spot for my fireworks watching — Red’s executive chef, Peter Vauthy, will be manning the “backyardâ barbecue and serving up ribs, chicken, beef tenderloin, shrimp and scallops with classic sides: watermelon, creamed corn and potato salad. Dessert is straight from the classics, too: fresh peach cobbler with ice cream. Then sit back and enjoy the show above you.
Of course, there will be plenty to drink, too: signature cocktails, sangria, beers, mojitos and more. If you’re not up for the BBQ, take the edge off your hunger with Red’s $9 bar menu. (The barbecue will be a la carte pricing.)
