Le Bistro Cooking Class in Lighthouse Point
June 22, 2009
Le Bistro in Lighthouse Point (just north of Fort Lauderdale) is suggesting cooking class for Dad — cooking always sounds like a good idea to me, so I love the idea.

On Saturday, June 29, Le Bistro and Chef Andy Trousdale present Impressive Entertaining for 2 or 20: Professional Shortcuts and Restaurant Secrets. Ah, someone is letting you in on all the insider knowledge. SO worth it.

The class ($50, noon to 3 p.m.) includes all those tips and lunch. The menu? Avocado and romaine salad, lobster bisque, steak au poivre, gratin dauphinois, cassoulet de Toulouse and apple tarte tatin.

To sign up (registration is required), call Le Bistro at 954-946-9240.
