Make it a Culinary Vacation in Fort Lauderdale -- For Half Off!
June 16, 2009
I recently did a video at Ocean Reef Club -- cooking vacations was the theme. The idea is still going strong, and I just got a release of fantastic savings for any culinarily-minded visitors to the Fort Lauderdale area.

One of my favorite spots, Grateful Palate, has just reduced its cooking class prices by 50%. Get two classes from Executive Chef David Learmonth, who studied at Le Cordon Bleu in Sydney and has cooked all around the world on elegant yachts.

Learmonth will do two classes: June 20, Intro to Sauces, and on June 27, Intro to Desserts (both are on Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.)

Good sauces can elevate ordinary dishes to extraordinary, and great desserts make for a memorable finish to any meal. So learn both from a master.

Two classes now cost $200 and include instruction, recipes, samples of all the food produced and wine tastings. (Enroll in a single class for just $125.)

For more information or to enroll, contact Meghan or Sandesha at 954-467-1998.
