Cafe Momi at The Gibson Inn in Apalachicola

Here are a couple of images that hint at the wonderful seafood at the new Cafe Momi, which has taken over the restaurant space in The Gibson Inn, Apalachicola.

Chef Michael Feil has quite a way with seafood, skills he honed while on Hawaii. Those skills serve him well in seafood-centric Apalachicola.
