Argghhh!
With an astonishing lack of competence on my new computer and with my new movie-making program, I managed to delete most of the photos and all of the video I shot of the Orlando Magic basketball game the other night – including video of my idol, Dwight Howard, only a few feet away from me as he warmed up.
Thankfully, the VISIT FLORIDA film crew was there to catch the action. Here's video proof that I was standing next to Dwight. Check it out!
The activity in the stadium was truly amazing, with so many things happening at once – a giant cow balloon floating around dropping tickets, a cannon shooting T-shirts into the crowd, the Magic Dancers swaying – that it was easy to get distracted and forget to watch the action on the court.
The few pictures of the game I didn’t lose were shot with my spiffy new Kodak Zx-1 camera. It’s the size of a cell phone. If I can figure out how to use my new computer, I should be including cool videos in my blogs soon.
And yes, of course our boys in blue won! |
