Do you have a favorite Florida pier?
I do--all of them!
I like piers so much that I wrote an article for VISITFLORIDA about my favorite piers on the southwest coast of Florida. During my "research" I discovered some piers I hadn't known about before, but those didn't make it into the article (hey, I have to keep some secrets!)
In the article I tell you all about the best and most popular piers on Florida's lower Gulf coast:
- Pier 60
- Redington Long Pier
- Fort Desoto Piers
- Anna Maria Piers
- Venice Pier
- Naples Pier
Just to name a few.
So if you like piers, or even if you've never been out on a pier, check out my article "Walking The Planks: Piers of Southwest Florida."
And keep an eye on this blog. Maybe in the future I'll share some of the other piers I discovered while working on this article.
See you at the beach!
