Any Way You Want To Look At It
January 03, 2008
Are photography calendars art? Are they eye-candy? Do you really care to differentiate?

Not when there are firemen at stake, and on hand. Which there will be on January 26 from noon til 3 pm at GBS, The Beauty Store in Fort Lauderdale (31 N. Federal Hwy.) and on February 9 from 11 am til 3 pm at GBS in Coral Gables (308 Miracle Mile). That's when firefighters featured in the 2008 edition of the South Florida Firefighter's Calendar will be signing copies, available for purchase for $20.

If you need another reason to buy one, aside from a) it being a new year and 2) gratuitous pleasure, keep in mind that proceeds from the sales of the South Florida Firefighter's Calendars, one of the most successful firefighters' charity calendars to date, will benefit the Miami Project to Cure Paralysis, Best Buddies, Cystic Fibrosis and others. Plus, in conjunction with the American Crew brand, GBS will be providing light refreshments, in addition to in-store promotions and give-aways.

See www.firefighterscalendar.com for more info.
