I am a strong believer that one of the best ways to learn about a new culture is through appreciating its traditional cuisine.
On Saturday, April 4 from 11:30 a.m. the Historic Boynton Women's Club in Boynton Beach will set the stage for an afternoon dedicated to the Northern European country of Sweden with a meal cooked by prestigious Swedish chef Anna Mosesson.
Entitled "Swedish Enchantment," the affair will welcome a crowd of people dressed in yellow, blue and white - the national colors of the country. Admission to this Scandinavian shindig is $200 per person and includes tasty native treats and an autographed copy of the chef's book "Swedish Food and Cooking." And as a special treat, WPBF reporter Angela Rozier will emcee the event.
