The work of America's most influential pop art icon Andy Warhol will once again be on display in Florida at the Museum of Fine Arts in St. Petersburg.
From May 16 through Aug. 16 the exhibition entitled "Andy Warhol Portfolios: Life and Legends" will feature 72 of his most popular prints including classics like the homages to Campbell's Soup and Marilyn Monroe.
The exhibition is sponsored by an innovative new program started by Bank of America called the "Art in Our Communities Program," which brings corporate art collections into the community for public viewing. It is the first time that Warhol's work has been featured at the museum since it was founded in 1965, so be sure to head out for the the history making event!
