There are so many people throughout history that have impacted American society and culture. Imagine what it would be like to meet them and ask them about their lives.
Fantasy of Flight, a premier aviation attractions company in Polk City, is offering a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to meet American heroes Leo R. Gray, Hiram Mann and Eldridge F. Williams- known to most as members of the distinguished Tuskegee Airmen. The renowned group of pilots, who rose to prominence during World War II, have earned their place in history as the first crew of African American airmen to fly in the U.S. Air Corps.
On Feb. 27 and 28, the company will present day-long presentations of "video, exhibits, aircraft and, most importantly, symposiums with the heroes themselves, telling stories of their daring adventures and the powerful lessons of their lives." I can only imagine what kinds of amazing stories these men must have to tell!
Admission is $12.95 for children and $26.95 for adults. Visit www.fantasyofflight.com/livinghistory to learn how you can become a part of this historical celebration! |
