Grand Canyon Adventure: River at Risk tells an engaging story of how ordinary people can make a difference for our planet—a portion of which researchers say could face life-threatening water shortages by the year 2050. During the film, the vital urgency for people around the world to address the water crisis is brought to light as explorers make their way down the Colorado River, itself a prime example of a mighty and hallowed river that has been altered by excess and inefficient use.
