Sailing is the platform, coaches are trained in identifying personality traits and inherent skills through, then developing team interaction and quality leadership to move a sailboat skillfully with wind-power alone. Fees start at $275 per person for a half-day program. A 20-minute session introduces sailing terms, followed by nearly 4 hours of hands-on team building and leadership development, all ending with an insightful recap ashore relating on-water behavior to issues in the workplace.
