Fans come to the Sony Open Tennis tournament to watch the pros play, but they also come out for the All-Star Charity Tennis Event to play with them. Amateur players play a round robin tournament to determine who gets to face off against pros such as Serena Williams, Novak Djokovic, Andy Murray and Anna Ivanovich in a "King of the Court" finale. Proceeds from the event, assembled by Grand Slam legend and Hall of Fame nominee Cliff Drysdale with tennis director Mark Chellas and ESPN analyst Darren Cahill, support the Greater Miami Tennis and Education Foundation, which helps economically and socially challenged kids learn tennis and life skills.
