Ahhh who doesn't like a garden in full bloom? The range of colors loads of butterflies and bumblebees and lovely spring weather makes the perfect setting for an afternoon stroll. You can find such serenity at Alfred B. Maclay Gardens State Park in Tallahassee.

I stopped by Maclay Gardens a couple of weeks ago on a quick day trip to Tallahassee and was lucky to catch things at the height of blooming season! If you don't catch the gardens at blooming season don't worry; this is a terrific park to visit year round. I made the park my office for the afternoon down by Lake Hall and afterward got in a good trail run on the Overstreet trails

Here's a video - and if you are in the Tallahassee area stop by and check out Alfred B. Maclay Gardens State Park! It will surely brighten up your day.
