This looks like my kind of party! The Apalachicola Riverkeeper is hosting the Wild and Scenic Film Festival on tour, which is a really, really big deal. Presenting sponsors of the tour include such names as Patagonia, Clif Bar, Osprey Packs, and several other major outdoor players. The films being played at the Wild and Scenic Film Festival hit on important environmental and responsible living issues -- from revamping our food system to restoration and conservation efforts around the country.
Attend the Wild and Scenic Film Festival in Franklin County on August 27-28 in Carrabelle at the Carrabelle City Auditorium, or in Apalachicola at the Dixie Theatre on September 3-4.
