By Ginger Harris
Palm Beach Outlets, with more than 100 stores -- including Saks Fifth Avenue off Fifth, DKNY and Kenneth Cole -- is the haute new destination for frugal fashionistas.
Boasting 84 acres of shopping in Palm Beach County, the outlet mall also is home to Nine West Outlet, J. Crew Factory, Van Heusen, White House | Black Market, Gap Outlet, Clarks Outlet, Banana Republic Factory Store, Rawlings, Travelpro, Nautica, Aerosoles, Hartstrings, Jones New York Outlet Stores, PacSun and more.
The original Palm Beach Mall opened in 1967 and was the first fully enclosed climate controlled mall. It was also the largest mall in the Southeast United States.
It’s back to its glory days with phase one officially open with 500,000 square feet of discount shopping.
Adjacent is an additional retail center, which will feature a Whole Foods Market and a Nordstrom Rack.
Shopping road trip to Palm Beach County this spring? We think so.
