“In a nutshell, Florida has amazing weather year round and there are more tennis facilities and programs here than in any other place,” said Todd Rubinstein, founder of Sunshine State Tennis and a former #1 USTA Florida ranked singles, doubles and mixed doubles player. “Florida is the center for tennis in the world.”
