We took the Shelling and Lunch Cruise on 8/20/2016. My family and I were extremely disappointed with this cruise. The beach we were taken to had NO shells, zero, zip, nada! There were far more shells in front of the condo at Kings Crown where we stayed. This was supposed to be a shelling cruise!!! The restuarant we were taken to was extremely overpriced for what little food we got. They have a monopoly and can charge the outrageous prices and my family and I felt that we were held captive there for approx. 1.5 hrs. Because we got no sea shells and were disappointed, the captain said he would find a pod of dolphins for us to view on the way back to the dock. He never made any attempt to find these dolphins and we never got to see any. It felt as though the captain couldn't wait to get rid of us once we were nearing the dock. I would never recommend this cruise to anyone as it was the biggest waste of hard earned money! We basically threw away almost $300.00 and lost a whole day of fun that we could have found elsewhere. Last year we took the Sea Life Encounter Excursion and there was a world of difference. It was a great day, very educational & informative and we felt we got our money's worth. That is why we took the Shelling and Lunch Cruise this year. We expected a fun day where Adventure in Paradise would deliver what they advertised. Very unhappy!!!!
