Heidi's Jazz Club has been the number one hangout for jazz lovers and jazz musicians on Florida's Space Coast since Heidi and Eddie opened the club in 1992. They feature live music every Tuesday through Sunday with featured performers on selected Friday and Saturday evenings and Heidi's Open Jam Session every Sunday evening starting at 7 PM.

Every third Saturday of the month, the City of Palm Bay hosts The Palm Bay Skate Jam at Liberty Park located at 895 Carlyle Avenue SE in Palm Bay, Florida. This FREE event is family friendly and a fun night for all. Bring your own skates, since supply is limited.
See Florida wildlife up close with Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge volunteer as your guide! This three hour driving tour in the refuge shuttle bus will give you the opportunity to learn about refuge wildlife, plants and resource management. Every third Saturday of the month, the City of Palm Bay hosts the Concert in the Park, a series of concerts featuring various musical genres. These free concerts are held in Goode Park, 1300 Bianca Dr NE.
Every Wednesday, the Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge hosts a Manatee Watch from 1-3pm. Join volunteers at the Manatee Observation Deck to learn about the endangered manatee and possibly observe one in the wild. This program is weather dependent. The observation deck is located on SR 3 at Haulover Canal. No reservations needed.
Come and explore a piece of Florida Space Coast's past at the 1875 Sams Family Cabin and the 1888 Sams House located on Pine Island in Merritt Island, Florida. Every Thursday of the month, the site opens its doors to the general public with a free guided tour of the grounds!
Dress and head over to Brevard Zoo's BOO AT THE ZOO! This popular attraction will host family friendly and fun Halloween activities, including creepy crafts and trick-or-treating at treat stations sponsored by local businesses and organizations. Experience Zoola Entertainment and Fright Lights; ride the spooky but not too scary Boo Choo train; dress to impress in the costume parade; dance the night away with a live DJ; explore Professor Wormwood’s Adventure Garden supported by Rockledge Gardens; and for those who dare, prepare for a scare on the Haunted Trail recommended for children 10 and older.
Boo at the Zoo runs October 10-12, 17-1
and 24-26 from 5:30 to 9 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and from 5:30 to 8 p.m. on Sundays. General admission for the first weekend, October 10-12, is $8 on Friday and Sunday and $10 on Saturday. This first weekend is the best deal! The second weekend, October 17-19, and the third weekend, October 24-26, is $12 for Friday and Sunday and $14 on Saturday. The U.S.A. Beach Running Championships will be held on November 2, 2014 in iconic Cocoa Beach at the Cocoa Beach Pier! Hundreds of runners from all over the United States and Florida will come to compete in a half-marathon and 10k run. Shoes are optional!

The Native Rhythms Festival returns to Florida's Space Coast the first weekend in November. This popular event will be held at Wickham Park in Melbourne, Florida. The three day festival during Native American Heritage Month honors the culture of the indigenous peoples of the Americas through music, and especially the music of the Native American Flute.
Forever Florida EcoSafari is offering a three-hour trail ride through the swamps, forests, sloughs and creeks of their amazing preserve. All you have to do is bring your own horse! Spend the morning enjoying the scenery, wildflowers and wildlife and serenity of a cool Florida morning on your favorite steed. Riders (and horses) should arrive by 7:30 a.m. ,must have proof of a negative Coggins test. No studs allowed. Your participation will benefit the Allen Broussard Conservancy.

ArtWorks of Eau Gallie Fine Arts Festival is a ''plein-air'' show in Melbourne, FL which takes place in the historic district of Eau Gallie. All artists exhibit their skills with public demonstrations. Festival goers can also expect live live music, food vendors, and fun activities for the whole family!

Established by the Eau Gallie Rotary Club, the Space Coast Lightfest is a holiday themed drive-through event held at Wickham Park. It is a family oriented celebration featuring shimmering lights and dazzling animated displays (drawing over 15,000 vehicles annually).
The Space Coast Art Festival is one of the premiere art shows in the Southeast. The show not only draws some of the finest artisans in the nation, but thousands of attendees over the festivals two-days.
The Space Coast Marathon just gets bigger and better! This space-themed USTA marathon is ran on one of a beautiful, scenic course located along the banks of the Indian River Lagoon. Featuring 14 space-aid stations, the Space Coast Marathon is a Boston Marathon qualifier and attracts thousands of runners from around the world.

18th Annual Space Coast Birding and Wildlife Festival

The 18th Annual Space Coast Birding and Wildlife Festival is scheduled for January 21-26, 2015. The featured bird of the 2015 festival is the Red-cockcaded Woodpecker - an endangered species that makes its home in mature pine forests. Classroom presentations and field trips will introduce you to these interesting birds that have an ecological niche in the life of our pine forests.
The Easter Surfing Festival will take place from April 3-5, 2015! This popular surfing festival attracts hundreds of thousands of spectators to the shores of iconic Cocoa Beach, Florida for sun, fun and head-to-head surfing competitions.
Spectators will have a chance to learn surfing and skim boarding via onsite clinics, participate in celebrity signings, attend an Easter egg hunt and enjoy live entertainment. All for free!
Melbourne Art Festival

The Melbourne Art Festival is held the last weekend in April in Downtown Melbourne, Florida. This nationally recognized event is a popular event that attracts arts enthusiasts around the state. More than one hundred and fifty artisans participate every year. The weekend will feature the Flamingo 5K run, several interactive workshops, a kids zone, live entertainment and the opportunity to buy art.
Take a guided walk with a Sebastian Inlet Park ranger and discover Florida’s giant sea turtles and maybe see a nesting Loggerhead sea turtle.
