Started in 1980 in Granger Indiana, the Rib Shack
quickly gained a reputation for quality food and delicious
hickory smoked ribs. It is an expensive and time
consuming process to prepare the best ribs around but
we have always known the effort is worth it!
We still smoke our ribs the old fashioned way... with
hickory wood. Each order is then finished over an open
fire and topped with our own unique sauce.
