MOOR came to fruition through the desire to serve fresh local food in a lifestyle casual dwelling. The story began organically with the relationships our chefs have built with local purveyors and fishmongers through their own farming and fishing expeditions. We believe that seasonal ingredients simply taste delicious and we want to share the bounty of our regional fare with the world. Whenever possible, we make every effort to source our food locally. Our vision is to always think globally while sourcing locally. In essence, we are Mindful Of Our Resources.
Set in the luxury of a yacht club with all the comforts of your best friend’s living room. The menu features line-caught fish, neighborhood fruits and vegetables, locally brewed beer and garden-to-glass cocktails. Because we only use the freshest ingredients, the menu changes daily.
