The Flagler County Airport (XFL) lies three miles east of the city of Bunnell, the county seat for Flagler County on Florida's northeast coast. The airport is just 5 short miles from the County's 18 miles of beautiful Atlantic Ocean beachfront, which forms its eastern boundary.
The Air Traffic Control Tower opened in October 2009. The airfield consists of two lighted asphalt runways measuring 5,000 foot long with associated lighted taxiways and ramps. And for our amphibious friends, the airport features a 3,000 foot water runway.
The county-run FBO provides full-service 100LL and Jet A fuel, as well as hangars and tiedowns. A self-service 100LL fueling station is available as well. The airports hosts a number of businesses that include aircraft maintenance, flight training, car rental, restaurant, and many more.
