Prior to joining the Black Hammock Restaurant, Chef Barth served as a Chef Instructor, Lead Chef Instructor, and Culinary Department Chair for the very prestigious Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Orlando for over 11 years.
Chef Barth gained his knowledge in his home town of Marlenheim, in the Alsace part of France under Certified Master Chef Robert Husser at the 2 Michelin starred restaurant “Le Cerf” and later expended his worldly culinary skills by working for Club Med around the world with stints in Switzerland, Egypt, Turkey Tunisia, Mexico, Morocco, and Martinique.
