From: "Julie Rowe" Cc: SCunniff@jupitertheatre.orgHello Steven:

Thank you for expressing your concerns. After the conversation Sue had with you in her office yesterday afternoon, she did share with me the content of your conversation and also cc-d me on the follow-up email you are referencing. It is our policy to require all parents to complete three forms so our full staff will know who is allowed to pick-up each child, any medical concerns, and parent understanding of the student handbook. These forms, including the student handbook signature page, are available to all employees of the Conservatory. Sue did not divulge any private confidential information, what was shared was a physical address which is listed on the student handbook signature page on file. As Kristine DiMartino is an employee of the Conservatory she does have access to these completed forms. She does not have access to any other information and Sue did not, and would not, share any confidential information.

We have many enrolled students with dual households and we do our best to accommodate all concerned parties. From your email it is quite apparent that we are not able to do so for your family. Therefore, we will cancel Logan Tempel’s registration for Spring Break Camp and fully refund your paid tuition.
