Description:

Located 20 miles from downtown Jacksonville, Little Talbot Island is one of the few remaining undeveloped barrier islands in Northeast Florida. The entire island is a State Park. The park has more than five miles of beautiful, white sandy beaches, undisturbed salt marshes and vegetated dunes. Maritime forests, desert-like dunes and the salt marshes on the western side of the island allow endless hours of nature study and relaxation.
