The 15th Annual Tampa Bay Black Heritage Festival will takes place on January 15th-24th, 2015 to Celebrate the Heart & Soul of Tampa Bay. The 10 days of cultural events provide educational, philanthropic and community based diversity to the Tampa Bay Community. TBBHF features local and nationally known speakers, musicians, artists, poets and craftspeople. The Festival always encompasses the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday. The highlight of the Festival is our free 2-day Heritage Street Festival at the beautiful Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park in downtown Tampa.
