The Beach Café at Morada Bay

Located in the heart of Islamorada at mile marker 81.6, The Morada Bay Beach Café is an outdoor Mediterranean bistro café set in the sand near the Moorings Village & Spa. Situated amidst a glorious palm-lined beach and overlooking the Florida Bay, The Café offers inside and outside bars, and dining areas, live unique entertainment, spectacular sunsets, and a large child-friendly beach with cozy Adirondack chairs. The Café is conceived to evoke the feel of a beach café where the Hawaiian and Californian surfers and sailboarders would relax after a day on the water. As such, its walls are adorned with surfboards, longboards, sail and kite boards, as well as many original 60′s surf posters thru more recent – gathered over the years by the owner who originally came to Islamorada to windsurf, being a renowned windsurfer himself. This collection pays tribute to the great watermen and ocean lovers Duke Kahanamoku, Laird Hamilton, Eddie Aikau and Robby Naish to name a few.
