San Antonio Rattlesnake Festival

Since 1967, the small community of San Antonio, Florida, has gathered in City Park to have fun and raise funds for community projects and charities. Food, arts & crafts, live music and entertainment, wildlife exhibits and education, children’s games, and local history are highlighted. Special attractions include an educational live snake show, wooden gopher turtle races, an alligator exhibit, butterfly garden, and a beer and wine garden for the adults! Festival admission and parking is FREE. The festival is the major fundraiser of The Rotary Club of San Antonio, Florida. Locally, proceeds are used to provide higher education scholarships, elementary school supplies, food bags for needy families, and mentoring programs. Internationally, funds support medical, clean water and literacy projects. (State of Florida Nonprofit Registration Number CH38691).
