The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and features an award-winning Sunday Brunch druing seasonally.

Executive Service Luncheon at VernonaAn expeditiously-served business lunch offering a three-course meal served in one presentation in less than 15 minutes. A variety of prix fixe menus are available and are served in Vernona weekdays, Monday through Friday, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. (closing time) in addition to the regular Vernona lunch menu.
Early TemptationsCome be tempted with some of Vernona's most innovative creations between 6 - 6:30 p.m. at a special price! The three-course dinner is offered at $35. Vernona is the highest rated restaurant in Sarasota and number three in the state according to Zagat Survey.
Sunday Brunch The Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota turns its exceptionally rated culinary talents to one of America’s favorite weekend pastimes, Sunday Brunch. Served indoors in the hotel’s signature restaurant, Vernona, and outside on the terrace where you can admire the bay through the swaying palms and watch the boats at the marina. Sunday Brunch features an array of specialties from around the world that winds its way through the Lobby Lounge on more than twelve culinary stations.
