Cornell Art Museum

Step into the unique galleries of this charming, historic school building (c. 1913) located at Old School Square Cultural Arts Center in the heart of downtown Delray Beach, one of Florida’s hottest destinations. Exhibits are on display for two or three months and feature an eclectic mix of local, national and international fine art, crafts and pop culture. The Museum’s interactive children’s gallery delights children of all ages with colorful murals and student artwork related to the current exhibits. Admission is $6 general; $4 seniors/students; free for ages 13 and under. Old School Square is a National Historic Site also housing the 323-seat Crest Theatre (in the former high school building, c. 1925) and Vintage Gymnasium (c. 1925). The newer Entertainment Pavilion presents outdoor concerts and hosts all of Delray Beach's major festivals. Programs are sponsored in part by the Palm Beach County Tourist Development Council, Palm Beach County Cultural Council, and the Florida Arts Council.
