For most golf vacations, keeping enough cash in your pocket is just as important as keeping enough golf balls in your bag. From the beverage cart to the 19th hole to other spots around a resort, the money clip seems to be out constantly.
The Villas of Grand Cypress in Orlando is offering an intriguing solution, offering what it calls a “Tee To Green” all-inclusive package, where for one flat rate you get:
- Club suite or villa accommodations
- Unlimited daily play on all 45 holes of Jack Nicklaus-designed golf
- Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks and the resort’s restaurants and villa pool bar, plus room service and course hospitality carts
- All resort fees, taxes and gratuities, including wifi access and housekeeping
- Bicycle rentals, water activities, fishing and more
The package starts at $515 per person per night (double occupancy) through April, and then is priced from $375 through September. A recent search on the Villas of Grand Cypress website showed February rooms starting at $275, with one round of golf as a $105 add-on – so one can imagine how much savings the “Tee To Green” package might entail (especially if you come hungry).
