The Sebastian Clambake, billed as a “Lagoon Festival”, celebrates our special way of life along the Indian River, which has been the life-blood of our community from the beginning. The lagoon provides our people with recreation, tranquil beauty and has fed our people for generations. The Festival is known throughout the state for the quality of its food: linguine with red or white clam sauce, succulent shrimp, hearty clam chowder, fried fish & clam strips, steamed clams, pizza, hot dogs, and sausage, pepper & onion sandwiches are our featured culinary delights. And we can’t forget the cold draft beer, craft beer, and sodas! We are also serving Mike’s Hard Pink Lemonade, a Breast Cancer charity drink. The Sebastian Clambake Foundation, Inc., a nonprofit corporation, organizes the festival, and the proceeds are dedicated to local non-profit capital projects. Volunteers from our local community comprise the entire labor force. Please send an email to sebastianclambake@hotmail.com if you would like to volunteer at the Festival.
