Florida's State Chef's Recommendations

As summer approaches, there is one thing on our minds – sunshine and holidays! Florida is renowned for its year-long sun and as a holiday destination, but some may not be aware of its world-class seafood, sun-drenched citrus offerings and the fusions of flavour available.

Chef Justin Timineri is Florida’s official “State Chef” and we are meeting with him in July in London to discuss all things foodie and Florida. We’ll keep you posted with lots of pics.

The award-winning author, teacher and television personality has given us a little insight into some of his favourite eateries in the Sunshine State. If you’ve been to any of them, why not post a pic of you having a brilliant meal on our VISIT FLORIDA UK & IRELAND Facebook page? We’d love you to share your holiday memories with us.
