The TV show "Emeril's Florida" showcased some hot new dining spots in the Orlando area, including a local food market, a killer restaurant that makes everything from scratch, and the Four Seasons' new rooftop dining at Capa.

You could visit all three of these places for a delicious food-filled day that will also give you a taste of where the local foodies love to hang.

Start with fresh-baked bread, coffee and cold pressed juice at East End Market, head over to Winter Park for lunch at Scratch and a stroll down the tree-lined street of Park Avenue, and then celebrate the day with dinner and fireworks at Capa.

Here's the scoop on all three eateries to help you plan.
