The air is warm, the humidity is low, and the sun rises gloriously each day. The wonderful weather has me craving lazy Sunday mornings, mimosas, and a leisurely brunch. If you're craving the same, here are a few of my favorite brunch by the beach spots around Florida:
VUE on 30A
Their motto on the menu is, "as if the view was not enough." The view is plenty enough to keep you staring out into a daydream, but in case those dreams leave you feeling hungry, they've got quite a breakfast, too. View on 30A is famous for their Eggs Benedict choices, including a Crab Cake Benedict, an Angus Tenderloin Benedict, and even a Fried Oyster Benedict. All are served on a fresh southern biscuit with hollandaise. For more info, visit VueOn30A.com

Caretta on the Gulf
The SandPearl Restort's Caretta on the Gulf is the only 4-Diamond restaurant Clearwater Beach and they host an amazing Champagne Sunday Brunch by the beach. The menu changes weekly to include the fresh seasonally inspired foods from local farms. They'll have your favorite made-to-order omelets and waffles, but you could also find individually plated items such as Seared Scallops drizzled with a Vanilla Bean Rum Butter and Grilled Crab Cakes with a Chipotle Lime Creme and a Blood Orange Slaw. Doesn't that make your mouth water? Call to make your reservation and find out what's on the menu this week!

The Local House Restaurant
Located right on Ocean Drive at Sense Beach House, The Local House Restaurant is near all the fun of South Beach, but peacefully away from the noise so you can relax and get your ocean breeze zen on. Sit outside on their covered porch and indulge in their endless mimosas while deciding which one of their delectable meals you'd like to taste. Like the Vue On 30A, they're also known for their variety of Eggs Benedict. But what I really loved was their Torrejas, a South American style French toast with caramelized walnuts praline and orange cream. You don't want to miss this one!
