3 Fun Ways to Get Around in Fort Lauderdale for $15 or Less

By: Dalia Colon

Whoever said, “Getting there is half the fun” could’ve been talking about Fort Lauderdale.

Here are three creative, affordable ways to get around the South Florida city:

  • Water Taxi: Hop on and off at attractions all over town. All-day adult passes cost $22; after 5 p.m., the price drops to $15. Boats run until 12:10 a.m.

  • Sun Trolley: Taking the bright red and yellow trolley couldn’t be easier. Wherever you see it, just wave to flag down the driver.

  • Broward B-cycle: Even commitment-phobes can participate in this bike share. A single-use pass costs just $5 per half hour.
