Chances are if you can get past the buxom and beautiful gracing the pages of Sports Illustrated’s 50th Anniversary Swimsuit issue and focus for just a few seconds on what the models are wearing -- even manage to read the credits on the page, you’ll notice some of those suits are from right here in our own backyard.

For instance, that hot pink one-piece number Kate Upton is wearing. It’s from Miami-based brand Peixoto. Dubbed the “Pink Flamingo,” this plunging suit with T-strap back takes sexy to new levels. If you aren’t as daring as Upton, you can skip the suit’s Latin-coverage bottom and opt for the full-coverage choice. And if pink isn’t your shade, you can find the suit in red and black at the brand’s site, peixotostore.com.

Flip a few pages over and you’ll find yet another Florida-based brand: Toxic Sadie on none other than Chrissy Teigen. Her suit, best known as the Ravishing suit, is shown in a bold shade of purple. The new take on the bikini, includes the brand’s signature rings and a Brazilian-cut bottom. What’s unique about Toxic Sadie is the ability to wear the suit inside out, strings and all. Find it at ToxicSadie.com.
