What are three words that describe any golfer’s game? The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly.

These are the names of the three nine-hole courses available at The Hombre Golf Club in Panama City, Florida. All three courses are scenic and challenging, nestled amidst wetlands, marsh, lakes, and preserves and beautifully framed by a stunning assortment of palms, pine, and azaleas.

The Good Course is the most forgiving of the three, and I would suggest it as a nice opening nine for your round. The Bad has some difficult dog-legs and hazards, but you can still shoot low on a good day. Finally, The Ugly is one of the most challenging nine holes you can play in Florida.

With its narrow fairways and small “target” greens, The Ugly is the perfect spot for PGA Qualifying, which ensues every fall. The Hombre has had the likes of Gary Nicklaus, Mike Weir, Michael Campbell, Frank Lickliter, and Scott McCarron as they sweated to obtain their PGA cards.

No matter what shape your golf game is in, The Hombre has a course for everybody! Take advantage of the free range balls before your round, and beware of the Ugly!
