New iClub Piano Bar Debuts a Jazzy Menu at PGA

By: Rachelle Lucas

One of my favorite resorts just added another option to their delicious culinary offerings. The PGA National Resort & Spa just opened iClub Piano Bar, a fun lounge reminiscent of classic supper clubs.

Featuring an intriguing menu with live music in a sophisticated and stylish setting, dinner and drinks are now an entertaining evening out. Joel Paige, vice president and managing director of PGA National Resort & Spa has a tempting dining itinerary to suggest for guests:

“They can start with a hand-crafted cocktail at iBar, followed by an amazing dinner at Ironwood Steak & Seafood. Then, iClub Piano Bar provides the perfect nightcap with desserts, drinks and live entertainment. We know area residents, in addition to resort guests and members, are going to love the feel of classic sophistication and decadence.”

The menu includes an array of sharable bites and cocktails. Everything from a savory Italian charcuterie board to a trio of cremes brulee, including honeybell orange, chocolate espresso, and white chocolate. On their cocktail list, The Moet Ice Experience has definitely caught my attention.

What girl doesn't love a glass of champagne, especially one specially crafted for service on the rocks, with a choice of ingredients to enhance the aromatic experience including mint leaves, cucumber, fresh ginger, lime zest, strawberries, or raspberries.

Located in the main lobby, iClub Piano Bar will be open Thursday through Saturday from 6-9 p.m., featuring pianists and vocalists performing jazz, classical and contemporary favorites. The lounge will be enclosed in glass walls and offer seats for 40-50 guests, creating an intimate ambiance to enjoy great acoustics alongside cocktails, tapas and desserts.
