This weekend on Emeril's Florida, our favorite chef will introduce us to some of the leaders in Orlando's farm-to-table movement.
Included will be a tour of Lake Meadow Naturals Egg Farm, which supplies eggs, meat, and dairy to some of the area's top restaurants.
Afterward, he'll head downtown to The Rusty Spoon to meet with the owners, Kathleen and William Blake, to see some of these locally grown ingredients whipped up in their signature dishes.
And for the finale of this Orlando-based show, Emeril will sit down with renowned chef and long-time pal, Norman Van Aken.
