This weekend, Emeril heads back to Orlando to show us even more restaurants with a farm-to-table focus, including his own Tchoup Chop.
Did you know Orlando has a greenhouse that grows produce in an "aeroponic" farm filled with tall aeration towers covered in fresh vegetables and herbs?
We'll learn more about this alternative method for growing and how it produces a high quality (and tasty!) crop. Then Emeril will head over to two high-end restaurants that have a plant-to-plate philosophy of sourcing foods as locally as possible.
And finally, we'll get a sneak peek inside Emeril's own restaurant and learn about their creative hand-crafted cocktails.
Be sure to tune in. Set your DVR to see this episode!
