Brunch and Booze With Views On Biscayne Bay

I love slow weekend mornings where brunch seems to last the entire day.  Pair that with an afternoon at the museum and it pretty much describes my favorite type of date day with my husband.  And now I've got a new place for us to try.

Verde, the restaurant at Perez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) has just launched new brunch hours on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. until 5p.m. (See, I told you brunch could last all day.)  And a relaxing brunch here pairs perfectly with their views of Biscayne Bay.  While the scenery is lovely, the food and traditional brunch cocktails are the real reason to plan your weekend around brunch here.  Verde’s menu offers boozy brunch staples to try including the Blood Orange Mimosa, the Classic Bloody Mary, and the Guava Margarita.  And the brunch selections feature plenty fresh-from-Florida ingredients and simple brunch favorites including:

- Smoked Salmon with Bagel, Cream Cheese, Tomatoes and Capers
- Eggs Benedict with a Classic Hollandaise
- Gruyere Omelet with fines herbs
- Spinach Omelet with Goat Cheese and Mushrooms
- Warm Shrimp Salad
- Sautéed Lacinato Kale
- Squash Blossom Pizza.

Ready to relax and get your brunch on?  Here's all their information to help you plan your weekend.
