Whether you've made a commitment to eat more greens in the new year or just want a healthy, guilt-free dining choice, here are some of my favorite spots to veg out in Orlando:

Dandelion Community Cafe
Where: 618 N Thornton Ave, Orlando, FL 32803
Menu sample: Henry's Hearty Chili with organic tempeh, tomatoes, kidney beans, bell peppers, sweet corn, red onions, and spices.  Their menu also offers a lot of hearty salad options that can be served in a bowl or wrapped as a sandwich. My personal favorite is their Fluffer Nutter with almond butter, bananas, and rice-mellow fluff.
**Vegan and Glutton Free Friendly

Ethos Vegan Kitchen
Where: 601 S New York Ave, Winter Park, Florida 32789
Menu sample: A Vegetable Galette of seasoned carrots, potatoes, and broccoli wrapped in a layer of flaky pastry and baked until golden brown.  They also have soups, salads, sandwiches, and pastas.

Stardust Coffee & Video
Where: 1842 Winter Park Rd, Orlando, FL 32803
Menu sample: Rubin Farr, a not so classic rueben sandwich with tempeh, kraut, vegan 1000 dressing, daiya, jalapenos servied on a rye break with chips.  Plenty of sandwiches, salads, and snacks available as a vegan option.
