The culinary scene here in Florida is booming with award-winning chefs, and hot new restaurants opening regularly.
I've recently had the opportunity to visit two of these places below and can't wait to try the new rooftop restaurant, Touche, in Miami.
If you're a foodie and in Florida, you definitely want to try these.
A rooftop lounge with spectacular views of the Miami skyline, this new Italian restaurant is lead by celebrity chef Carla Pellegrino. You may recognize her from her appearance on Bravo’s "Top Chef." She's also a VIP member of the James Beard Foundation. The menu features classic Italian favorites as well as a few dishes with a creative Asian twist.
