The new cocktail menu includes gin and bourbon classics with a twist. The latest additions feature two bourbon concoctions mixed, poured and stored for two months in a maple-wood barrel, the same type of wood used for distilling bourbon.

How it works:
- Barrel-aged cocktails are double aged, allowing the special combination of flavors to fully permeate, enhancing and softening the overall essence of the blend.
- The spirit is first aged as part of the traditional distilling process before it is bottled.
- Then it goes through a second aging process, when it is mixed with other elements before being barreled.
