Florida is making its mark in the fashion industry, especially in Miami where many global giants are finding the city’s international flair a perfect home for their growing businesses.

The already popular Spanish company, Zara, is expected to open a flagship location on South Beach this winter. The famed “fast-fashion” company is known for luxurious, high-end looks for less, and for getting them faster than most other retail stores of its kind. Most Zara locations feature clothing and accessories for women, men, and children, with basics such as T-shirts – plus nods to the latest runway fashions for all at affordable prices.

The historic 420 Lincoln Road building, a registered Miami Beach landmark, was originally the famous Lincoln Road Hotel. This Art Deco-inspired space will provide more than 26,000 square feet and two stories of retail space for the new Zara, as it joins the often busy Lincoln Road Mall area.

Considering that Zara will design the space to fit the unique Art Deco charm that makes the 420 Lincoln Road location special, it is sure to be South Beach’s newest treasure.

Have fun with #fashioninFL!

I thought there is already a Zara store in south beach Miami. Is this a new one?
