Florida has so many opportunities to see wildlife, but if you want the most bang for your buck, all you have to do is head out on a river boat tour at Wakulla Springs State Park.

Seriously, I've been on this cruise several times, and it never fails to disappoint. Expect to see alligators, egrets, herons, ducks and plenty more on a typical day. Manatees are commonly seen on the tours, so make sure to keep your eyes looking down in the water as well.

River tours at Wakulla Springs last for about 40-60 minutes, and run 365 days a year.  For a look at what you can expect on the tour, here's a video I shot during my last trip to the Tallahassee area. You are going to love it!
